We program buildings
We create algorithms that define the architectural form of a building. The programmed shape provides the exact geometry in arbitrary-precision so that all constructions within the building design can be precisely anchored.
We break down the building into optimised and regular tessellated subareas, thereby creating the foundation for the organisation of the repeated process. This tiling of the architecture creates the groundwork for simple modular building data models.

We modularise buildings
We arrange architectural designs into Modules and develop these into system-integrated building blocks.
The programmed shape and the tiled areas are combined to create the Integration Platform for a new type of inter-disciplinary collaboration.
This platform facilitates a clash-free interaction of utility services and, most notably, an all encompassing and continuous process that follows through Planning, Construction and Operation of a project.
The result of interdisciplinary cooperation are integrated System Building Blocks for structural, facade, fit-out, utilities, and operation. These facilities are managed in a Database, where they can be transferred into further processes such as the bidding phase, prefabrication, logistics, assembly and occupancy.
Digitales bauen® moderates these interdisciplinary processes and models the information from involved planners and contractors into Modul Plans and Datasheets.

We configure buildings
We generate the architecture with project-specific building blocks and parameters.
With the Office Layout Configurator, room modules can be positioned in the floor plan by the user themselves, based on programmed parameters. Bound by the parameters and data in the Room Modules, the configurator then generates a layout plan of all utilities, along with the associated material unit list of all fit-out and technical components.
By modularising the rooms and technical utilities, the final phase of fit-out and furnishing the building can be smoothly integrated and altered up until shortly before installation.

Prefabrication and logistics of the digitales bauen® fully integrated building components are facilitated with database-supported software tools and CAD/CAM fabrication.
Prefabrication enables us to accelerate the construction process by up to 40%, with an overall better quality.
